Make a Payment Online

Online Transfer from JHCU Account

Schedule payments or make manual transfers from your JHCU checking or savings account to your loan account.

Online Transfer from External Account

Link an account from another financial institution and make payments via Online Banking or the Mobile App. Remember to connect your accounts prior to the first payment, as the process takes 1-2 days. (Not available for first mortgages.)

Linking your external account:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Navigate to Accounts
  • Select External Accounts from the drop-down
  • Complete the multifactor authentication
  • Choose Bank Account under account type and enter your information
  • For security, we will make a small deposit and withdrawal from the external account and require you to verify.
  • You can now make transfers from your external account
Online Bill Pay

Conveniently pay your bills from your phone or computer to any company or individual in the US.

Using Bill Pay:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Add JHCU as a payee for another institution’s Bill Pay service, use your 12-digit JHCU account number (Ex: XXXXXXXXXXXX).

Make a Payment In-Person

Our tellers are happy to assist with your payment—simply bring cash or a check, or transfer funds from another JHCU account.
