A front-desk Member Service Representative can assist with quick tasks such as an address change, or will sign you in the queue to speak with a representative about other needs. You can also make a deposit or withdrawal by going left down the ramp to our secure remote teller stations where our staff will quickly process your transaction. Parking Information

There is paid parking available at the 9 E 33rd apartment building parking garage (across the street from the JHCU branch). The entrance is located on N. Lovegrove St. Follow blue arrows to entrance. When you exit the garage, please use the QR code.

Metered parking is also available on 33^rd Street, St. Paul Street, and Charles Street.
